Dr. Amy Bader Bio

Amy Bader is a naturopathic doctor, teacher, speaker, writer and entrepreneur. Dr. Bader is a graduate of University of California at Berkeley as well as the National College of Natural Medicine, a comprehensive four-year naturopathic medical school, and where she is now an adjunct clinical faculty member. Currently operating private practices in Northern California and Portland, she’s incredibly passionate about treating patients with chronic diseases using clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, Biotherapeutic Drainage, and homeopathy.

With vast knowledge and experience in natural and holistic medicine, Bader is regularly featured in newspapers, radio and magazines as an expert and was a founding co-director of the National University of Natural Medicine’s Integrative Skin Care Clinic. Bader was recently featured on the cover of HERLIFE Magazine with a story on “The Power of Resilience”
and she’s also a contributing columnist for the NaturalPath, an online natural health resource. Yet, even with all her credentials (the list goes on), Bader has never considered herself to be super “doctory.” Relatable to the core (and a self-described goofball), Bader’s practice
and overall philosophy is equally focused on personal connection and making a positive difference in her patients lives as much as it is about medicine.

Bader’s desire for continued personal fulfillment and sharing the tried and true fundamentals of her practice more broadly, led to the creation of the first-ever collagen sparkling tea. Regularly prescribing collagen in her practice for its multitude of benefits, Bader recognized her client’s consistent frustration with the fuss of collagen powders, pills and bone broth. As such, her practice collided with the personal needs of her patients and mirrored her own desire for a delicious grab-and-go collagen beverage with the added benefits of some of her favorite “magical” herbs.
